How is anti-graffiti film different from safety film?
Anti-graffiti film is thin and sacrificial — its job is to take the damage and be replaced cheaply. Safety film is thick and structural — its job is to hold broken glass together. They solve different problems.
Does it stop acid etching?
It takes the etch instead of the glass. The film is ruined; the pane underneath is not. That is the whole idea.
