Where your order lands on this line decides whether it ships today.
1Business Hours

Will-call pickup is available during business hours at our Lake Elsinore warehouse.
2Full Roll Orders
Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM PT to ship the same day.
Anything after that cutoff goes out the next business day.
3Partial Roll Orders
Orders must be placed by 1:30 PM PT to ship the same day.
Partials take longer to cut and pack, which is why the cutoff is half an hour earlier than full rolls. If high order volume means we can’t get it out the same day, we will contact you — you won’t be left guessing.
4Will-Call Orders
Will-call orders are charged immediately once the order is pulled.
One exception: if you tell us in advance that you’ll be paying cash at pickup, we’ll hold the charge. Let us know when you place the order, not when you arrive.
5Returns
- No returns after 30 days.
- 25% restocking fee — full rolls only.
- No partial roll returns. Once a roll is cut, it can’t come back.
Damaged or incorrect on arrival? Call us right away — that isn’t a return, that’s our mistake to fix.
